Description

Frozen S’mores are a cool, creamy no-bake dessert made with layers of chocolate pudding, marshmallow cream, cream cheese, and whipped topping sandwiched between graham crackers. They’re the perfect frozen treat for summer!

Ingredients

  • 1 (5.9-ounce) box instant chocolate pudding
  • 2 1/2 cups whole milk
  • 2 1/2 cups Cool Whip, thawed and divided
  • 12 graham crackers, broken in half and divided
  • 5 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 7 ounces marshmallow creme
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving extra over the sides for easy removal.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the chocolate pudding mix, milk, and 1/2 cup Cool Whip until smooth.
  3. Arrange half of the graham crackers in an even layer in the prepared baking dish.
  4. Spread the chocolate pudding mixture evenly over the graham crackers and chill briefly.
  5. In another bowl, beat together the cream cheese and marshmallow creme until smooth.
  6. Fold in the remaining 2 cups Cool Whip and a pinch of salt.
  7. Spread the marshmallow mixture evenly over the chocolate layer.
  8. Top with the remaining graham crackers.
  9. Cover with foil and freeze for at least 6 hours, or until firm.
  10. Lift the dessert out using the parchment paper and cut into 12 large squares or 24 rectangles using the graham crackers as a guide.
  11. Let soften at room temperature for about 15 minutes before serving if frozen solid.

Notes

  • Wrap individual frozen s’mores in plastic wrap and freeze for up to 2 months.
  • Allow frozen sandwiches to sit at room temperature for 15 minutes before eating.
  • For a protein version, replace the filling with vanilla protein powder mixed into whipped topping and add a layer of melted chocolate.
