Description
Fresh steak pasta salad with tender sliced steak, asparagus, bacon, parmesan, and a creamy tangy dressing. Perfect for using leftover steak in a refreshing meal.
Ingredients
- 8 oz pasta (fusilli or similar)
- 15–18 asparagus spears
- 1 cup cooked steak, sliced and chopped
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, chopped
- 1/3 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
- Salt & black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta until al dente, rinse and cool.
- Steam asparagus until tender and bright green.
- Let all ingredients cool completely.
- Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, and vinegar to make dressing.
- Toss pasta with dressing until coated.
- Add steak, bacon, asparagus, and parmesan.
- Mix well and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve immediately.

- Best served fresh for creamy texture.
- Add extra sour cream if salad dries out.
