Description

Fresh steak pasta salad with tender sliced steak, asparagus, bacon, parmesan, and a creamy tangy dressing. Perfect for using leftover steak in a refreshing meal.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta (fusilli or similar)
  • 1518 asparagus spears
  • 1 cup cooked steak, sliced and chopped
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, chopped
  • 1/3 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • Salt & black pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Cook pasta until al dente, rinse and cool.
  2. Steam asparagus until tender and bright green.
  3. Let all ingredients cool completely.
  4. Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, and vinegar to make dressing.
  5. Toss pasta with dressing until coated.
  6. Add steak, bacon, asparagus, and parmesan.
  7. Mix well and season with salt and pepper.
  8. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Best served fresh for creamy texture.
  • Add extra sour cream if salad dries out.
  • Great for using leftover steak.
